After the great success of our ‘Fur Coat and Nae Knickers’ Print, Scarf and Tote Bag, we thought it would be a great addition to our current available collection of pressed birchwood trays and even better with a few christmas canapes on top!
The tray reads, ‘All Fur Coat and Nae Knickers’ in red and white with a natural birch finish on the underside with our logo in the centre. The tray is dishwasher safe birch veneer. The tray measures 32x32cm and is made in Sweden.
Thought it was about time that we created a poster for our Christmas Exhibition
This poster was specially created to celebrate our home town of Kirkcaldy and Kirkcaldy Galleries 100th Birthday inspired by the iconic image of a hobby horse on a metallic gold pole from the Links Market and the heart of Kirkcaldy.
All of the money from the first 100 posters sold will be donated to Kirkcaldy Foodbank.
All our posters will be posted out in a cardboard tube.

Inspired by Shakespeare’s Macbeth

This striking black and white print image measures 52cm square. The paper size is 56cm square. Printed by hand by James Harrison at Edinburgh Printmakers. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist and is available as an edition of 50.
This poster was specially created for this years Pittenweem Arts Festival.
All our posterswill be posted out in a cardboard tube. Unlike our handmade prints these posters are not signed but are collectable pieces commemorating Susan McGill's years showing work at the Pittenweem Arts Festival in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, which is held every year at the beginning of August.
The tray reads “And I will luve thee still, my dear, till a’ the seas gang dry" from the poem A Red, Red Rose by Robert Burns. The tray measures 31cm in diameter (7cm smaller than previous edition) and is made in Sweden from pressed birch wood.
A play on a sign known to the locals of Burntisland! This is the second edition of this well loved print which is just slightly bigger than the first. Screen printed by hand for us at the DCA in Dundee in a limited edition of 44. Image size is 58 × 45cm and paper size is 78 × 52cm. Each print is numbered and signed by the artist, comes unframed and will be carefully packed and posted in a heavy duty cardboard tube.

The tray reads “I will make a palace fit for you and me, of green days in forests and blue days at sea" from well known Scottish poem 'I will make you brooches' by Robert Louis Stevenson. The tray measures 38cm in diameter and is made in Sweden from pressed birch wood.

Our tea towels are made of 100% cotton, measuring 48cm x 78cm. The words on the tea towel read “Coulters Candy” and “Ally Bally, Ally Bally Bee, Sittin’ on yer Mammy’s Knee” from Scot’s folk song “Coulters Candy”. Made in the UK.

We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe which is safe and easy to use. For more information on Stripe, click here. Many of our items are hand finished and packaged so may vary slightly from the images shown on this website. We will try and have all packages posted within 7 working days of your order. If you are ordering from outside the UK delivery will take longer so do contact us from more detail on estimated delivery times. If you are purchasing from abroad do be aware that all duties and taxes that are charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.

Most of our items are too big to fit through a post box so do consider this while placing your order. We recommend that you get delivery to your work address if possible and practical. We do hope that you are happy with what you receive from Susan McGill Designs. However if you are not then please let us know immediately. We can only take returned items which have been purchased directly from us or from our website. Unfortunately we do not refund postage and you will have to pay for the return postage unless of course the item is incorrect or damaged. If that is the case then, of course, we will refund all postage. Should you receive any item which you believe to be damaged or incorrect do contact us immediately and if possible please send a photograph of any damaged items. If you wish to exchange an items that is unused or unworn then please contact us letting us know what you wish in exchange in advance and return the unused Susan McGill Designs product to us and we will arrange to exchange; all postage will be charged to the customer
