Delivery and Returns

Most of our items are too big to fit through a post box so do consider this while placing your order. We recommend that you get delivery to your work address if possible and practical. We do hope that you are happy with what you receive from Susan McGill Designs. However if you are not then please let us know immediately. We can only take returned items which have been purchased directly from us or from our website. Unfortunately we do not refund postage and you will have to pay for the return postage unless of course the item is incorrect or damaged. If that is the case then, of course, we will refund all postage. Should you receive any item which you believe to be damaged or incorrect do contact us immediately and if possible please send a photograph of any damaged items. If you wish to exchange an items that is unused or unworn then please contact us letting us know what you wish in exchange in advance and return the unused Susan McGill Designs product to us and we will arrange to exchange; all postage will be charged to the customer.
